Propane burning performance test device for conveyor belt roadway is suitable for propane combustion performance test of coal mine fabric whole core flame retardant conveyor belt.
Overview:
Compatible with the propane combustion performance test of the roadway in accordance with MT914-2008 "Coal core fabric flame-retardant conveyor belt". This equipment is control box adopts relay control system. All electronic originals adopt domestic leading brands, which can better guarantee the working performance and detection accuracy of the machine. The air purification adopts a powerful exhaust system, and the exhaust fan system is activated to exhaust the exhaust gas through the activated carbon purification of the water curtain to meet the national emission standard.
The structure of the propane combustion performance test device of the roadway consists of four parts: the main control box, the air blower, the combustion bracket, and the combustion torch. The frame material is made of high-quality stainless steel square welding. The control box is made of electrostatic steel plate and the surface is sprayed. Plastic treatment, more smooth and beautiful.
Technical parameters:
1. Lane: consists of a chamber whose outer wall is constructed of 25mm refractory material with an inlet size of 460mm x 460mm and a length of 1676mm. It is connected to a 300mm diameter exhaust pipe through a 1.5mm thick stainless steel conical connector.
2. Exhaust hood: consists of 1.5mm thick stainless steel, placed directly above the test chamber, used to extract the flue gas diffused from the outside of the furnace mouth during the test;
3. Bracket: used to mount the fixed conveyor belt sample. The test bench specification: length 1500mm, width 220mm, height 160mm, consists of steel rod with a diameter of 10mm.
4. Benzene gas burner: consists of six combustion injectors, the injection head is inclined at an angle of 45°
5. Sample: ≥95% filling propane gas;
